FREE Ground Shipping on All Orders over $100.00

All in stock items are usually shipped the Same Day (*not including weekends and holidays) provided that the orders are placed before 2 pm PST, or 3 pm for expedited orders (Next Business Day Air or 2nd Business Day Air) can usually be shipped the same business day. Orders placed by internet or by phone receive the same priority handling.

Back-Ordered Items

If the product you have ordered is currently unavailable at any of our warehouse locations. This item may not have been available either when you ordered it originally or another customer's order placed ahead of yours may have depleted the available inventory. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Many backordered items are restocked within 3 - 10 days. Once restocked, your order will be shipped to you via Ground Delivery at no additional charge. However, for faster delivery we will expedite your back-ordered product for an additional shipping charge (please call +966 555 173322 to arrange expedited shipping).

For international orders, we require that all items of an order be in stock before shipping. If one or more items are in backordered status, shipping will be put on hold until all items are available for one shipment. If you would prefer to split the shipments, please email and request partial shipping and we will process the products that are in stock and ship the backordered items separately when it becomes available. Shipping charges will apply for each shipment.
